As a distinguished real estate executive and graduated engineer with over 40 years of experience and more than €7 billion in developments, Rainer Schorr is the driving force behind our vision of market consolidation. Over the course of his career, he has completed more than 1,000 projects, primarily in Germany, and established 25 different funds ranging from €50 million to €1 billion – serving pension funds, insurance groups, sovereign wealth funds, and UHNWIs. Specializing in property development, fund management, and M&A, he combines entrepreneurial foresight with deep capital market expertise. He says: “I have dedicated my life to building forward-looking real estate solutions. With Standard Land, we are now creating a platform that not only overcomes the current market distortions, but also uses them to establish lasting value and genuine market dominance – a unique opportunity for our investors.“
